With over 900 people attending in 2019, the pumpkin display is an alternative to spooky graveyards and tame daylight Halloween activities. Our target demographic is families with younger children as well as senior citizens. Intricate carvings and humorous themes keep parents engaged while kids love dancing in the fog and lighting theatrics.
The display is available for interviews by the press throughout the month of October and can be turned on by the flick of a couple of switches. In-person or over-the-phone interviews can take place with or without the owner present. Last year (2019), the display attracted media attention from The Oregonian, Fox News 12, and The West Linn Tidings.
